Award-winning real estate agent bringing her New York network to South Florida.

With close to $150,000,000 in sales over the last 12 months, Alicia Beldengreen Gold, is a highly experienced agent in South Florida – focusing in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and the surrounding areas. She is dual-licensed in New York, and is particularly skilled in helping those that are relocating or buying second homes in the area. Past clients describe her as “honest”, “knowledgeable, competent, enthusiastic” and “super responsive” – in sum – “a fabulous broker”.

As a former Investment Banker and Wall Street trader, Alicia brings a highly analytical perspective to every real estate transaction. Her previous work experience as well as her New York upbringing, has helped Alicia amass a highly valued network and source of buyers for her Florida sellers and succeeded in bringing the buyer to many of her own listings. She goes above and beyond for her buyers, locating the perfect home whether its listed on the market or through her vast network of potential sellers and other local agents.

The words “full service” are taken to heart when working with Alicia. Her mission is to help her clients with every facet of their move from analyzing comparable data to finding local vendors, kids classes, camps and everything in between.

Alicia has been featured in media publications and won many real estate awards, including: Top 100 Agent Westchester County (The Real Deal, 2019), Rising Star Award 2013, Star Award 2014, and Superstar Award 2015, 2016 and 2017. She also was named a Five Star Agent in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Prior to joining Compass, Alicia was an agent at Platinum Drive Realty and, before that, she had a successful career on Wall Street for 8 years working in Investment Banking and Sales/Trading at Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital and Piper Jaffray. Her career in finance helped nurture her drive to succeed, instilled an unrelenting work ethic and taught her how to serve clients’ needs. Alicia graduated with highest distinction from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor with a BA in Economics and is a graduate of Scarsdale High School.

Alicia is a member of the Realtors of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale, Westchester County Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Michelle began her real estate career on Long Island where she represented many satisfied buyers and sellers. Prior to this, Michelle was a Senior Sales Executive in the high paced world of fashion. The qualities that helped her achieve success in fashion have contributed to her achievements in real estate. Possessing both natural sales and analytic abilities Michelle thinks creatively when working with the seller to find new ways to maximize a listing's exposure. For the discerning buyer Michelle's trained eye and a vision of a space's potential have earned her the respect of many clients. Her passion, tenacious energy and professionalism define her work.

Recently Michelle and her family relocated to South Florida where she has continued her work in real estate. As a dual licensed agent, she has the rare ability to represent customers looking to relocate from either state. Her expertise with both the New York and Florida markets make her the perfect choice.

Michelle received her BA in merchandising sales from the University of Arizona. She now resides in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area with her husband and two children.

Having sold and leased commercial and residential real estate in both NY and NJ, it was just a matter of time before Jody Riback obtained a Florida real estate license when she settled in Delray Beach.

A long time resident of Montville, New Jersey, Jody decided it was time to move the family to South Florida. She chose residential real estate to help her clients in NY and NJ find homes, many in the Delray Beach/ Boca Raton area.

Before moving to Florida, Jody enjoyed a successful career with Newmark Associates in Cedar Knolls, NJ. She expanded Industrial and Office marketing efforts in Morris County and Essex County, NJ.

Jody also worked on Wall Street in the hedge fund industry as a researcher and stock trader for 10 years. Through this experience,she learned to identify market opportunities, and understand business transactions.

Jody graduated from Ithaca College. It was there that she got her first real estate license and worked successfully as a residential realtor in Northern New York. After graduation, she was employed by a Commercial Real Estate firm on Long Island.

Jody takes great pride in the reputation she has earned in the real estate industry and in providing quality service. Her work ethic, enthusiasm, and tenacity make her a valuable asset. Jody brings a financial acumen and integrity along with artful negotiation skills to her work at Compass.

Dani comes to Compass with 15 years of real estate experience. After graduating from The University of Arizona, Dani joined Brown Harris Stevens in Manhattan. She gained valuable experience working with some of the nations top brokers and was an integral member of the teams with whom she has worked. In her seven years working in Manhattan, Dani participated in the sale of cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses totaling over $200 million. In 2011, Dani was included in a Crain’s NY article as a Rising Star in residential real estate. She then moved to Long Island and joined Signature Premier Properties. There, Dani continued to assist buyers and sellers while expanding her network.

Growing up coming to Palm Beach county, Dani knew that when the time was right it was where she wanted to raise her children. She resides in Boca Raton with her husband and two daughters. She is thrilled to be here and excited to join The Gold Team at Compass and continue her real estate journey.

Having raised two teenage boys in Parkland, FL for the last 15 years, her vast knowledge of the area schools, neighborhoods, recreational sports and activities is unparalleled.

Jessica received her undergraduate degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University. Before launching her career in real estate, Jessica achieved great success in the fashion industry. She was the Women’s Sales Director of two prestigious premier designer Italian clothing lines. With a passion for styling and interior design, she has a keen eye for detail.
