Parkland
Parkland is an upscale suburb that is known for its rural vibe and excellent schools. The zoning laws promote the the “park-like” feel of the community. Parkland offers local coffee shops, premiere recreation and sports facilities, equestrian center along with numerous elegant restaurants.
There has been a significant amount of newer housing growth over the last number of years to coincide with the growing number of new residents moving to the area. The city’s very good school district provided an environment conducive to academic success.
Parkland is located at the Northern part of Broward County which borders Palm Beach County and the City of Boca Raton just to the north.
