Abigail Mago is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and New York, and has been a New York State real estate licensee for over 20 years. Abi grew up in Roslyn, NY, spent her 20s in Manhattan, and then later settled in Syosset, NY. Licensed at the age of 18, Abi built a thriving real estate brokerage selling and renting vacation homes in the beach resort area of Fire Island, NY. In 2021, Abi and her husband decided it was time for a change, and relocated to Boca Raton, FL, while maintaining their Fire Island summer residence. Spending the bulk of the year in Florida and the summers in New York has truly been a dream come true for the Mago family, and Abi is keen to help other families considering optimizing their lifestyles by relocating to Florida, and/or acquiring their dream Fire Island summer home. A consistent top producer, Abi provides top-tier service to her clients by utilizing her deep knowledge of every aspect of the real estate business. She has built or renovated more than 50 homes, and through that experience has gained in-depth knowledge of construction methods, design, zoning laws, and real estate finance. She is particularly adept at identifying the best ways to maximize a property's potential through renovations and helping her buyers to see that vision. Known for her organization and attention to detail, Abi is committed to providing the highest level of client service on both the buying and selling side. Abi has developed an outstanding network of fellow professionals and always has a recommendation at the ready when her clients seek her advice on the best contractors, architects, landscapers, insurance agents, attorneys, mortgage providers and other vendors. Abi holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Dartmouth College, as well as a Master's in Real Estate Development from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. When not working, you will usually find her hanging out with her husband, Sanjeev, and her son, Maverick. She enjoys playing tennis, practicing hot yoga, reading good books, and watching bad TV.
