Highland Beach is a small waterfront enclave stretching 2.5 miles along A1A/Ocean Boulevard from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal. The Town’s “main street” is a beautiful tree-lined stretch of Florida’s state road A1A.
Highland Beach is an upscale enclave of coastal elegance comprised of 10 to 15 story condominium buildings with a number of single family residences on the water. A quiet beach town with minimal traffic and not a single traffic light. The town is overwhelmingly residential but a quick ride to Delray Beach to the north or Boca Raton to the south. The proximity to the beach, stunning water views and quiet atmosphere make this a very attractive area for homebuyers.
